Petrofill Maritime (M) Sdn. Bhd. (Petrofill) was founded by our Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, Mr Muhamad Faisal Mir Muhamad. Petrofill is a 100% Malaysian Bumiputera company incorporated on 9 May 2008. With more than 16 years of experience, Petrofill has anchored its name in parallel with other established service providers servicing clients in oil & gas related industries. Petrofill is recognized as a "one-stop center for oil & gas services”, catering to both domestic and international markets.

In its initial business focus on vessel chartering and brokerage, Petrofill successfully attained the status of a Malaysian Ship Owner through its subsidiary, Petrolanpan Sdn Bhd, in late 2009. Petrolanpan has acquired five offshore support vessels (OSV), with two, namely Lanpan 19 and Lanpan 21, already registered under the Malaysian Flag. The remaining three vessels are currently undergoing the process of reflagging to obtain Malaysian flag status. Petrofill can provide access to other Lanpan OSVs as needed.

With our newly acquired Petroship, we've attained OVMSA certified status, a highly sought-after certification in the marine industry. To further strengthen the eco-system and provide the required reliability to support our project commitment, we have incorporated our subsidiary, Petronadi, to manage all of our collaborated vessels mainly of Indonesian flags such as BNI, Vallianz, Wintermar, Triton, PT Haffa, PT Natuna.

Petrofill aspires to be the preferred service provider in the industry by offering a comprehensive array of services. Through strategic collaborations and partnerships, our services have evolved beyond vessel chartering to encompass transportation, installation, and decommissioning. Our achievements include securing exclusive agency rights for the heavy lifting crane barge, HD-2500, in Malaysia and Brunei waters. Despite HD-2500's age, PETRONAS has approved its utilization in Malaysian waters following successful certification through the Conditional Assessment Programme (CAP) by BV Inspectors. It received a rating of 2 for Hull Structures, Hull & Cargo Machinery, Fittings and Systems, as well as Propulsion and Machinery, Fittings, and Systems.

In the domain of underwater services, we utilize Petrolanpan’s Bourbon Explorer 500 Series vessel for ROV support and subsea intervention works. A recent addition to our capabilities is through the affiliated Ultimate Engineering Sdn Bhd, enabling Petrofill to undertake FEED and detail engineering (DDE) projects. Complementing our industry leadership, we offer additional services such as manpower supply, offshore catering, pipeline maintenance and fabrication, warehousing, yard facilities, and offshore living cabins. Regarding project funding, we can allocate up to RM 750 million for any individual project.
